Former Foundation Director Pleads Guilty to Embezzling Charges

The former director of the Grand Island Community Foundation has plead guilty to embezzling thousands of dollars from the group.
Lisa Katzberg plead not guilty earlier this year, but in exchange for a lesser felony theft charge admitted that she took donated money and used it for herself.
Katzberg has repaid more than $27,000, but still owes $7,267.50.
Judge Teresa Luther ordered a presentence investigation.
Katzberg will be sentenced on April 24.
