Officials say Tori L. Schultz was arrested Friday. She's facing six counts of distribution of marijuana and six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child.

An officer was on a traffic stop near the intersection of 4th and I Street when he witnessed a disturbance. The officer spotted around ten teens in an alley next to a vehicle.

When the officer began speaking with the subjects he detected the odor or marijuana. The teens told officers that Schultz gave the marijuana to them.

Tori was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department where she was booked into jail.

The ages of the subject Schultz provided marijuana to range from age 13-14.

The incident remains under investigation and additional arrests are expected.
