Authorities say no one was injured in a fire that destroyed part of a building in Adams.
Firefighters from Adams, Cortland, Sterling and Panama responded to the fire at Hesterman's Repair near 6th and Main around 6 p.m. Thursday.
Officials believe the fire started near the top of the building and spread to the roof, but a fire wall stopped it there.
Investigators believe the wall prevented the fire from spreading to other parts of the building and even other businesses.
