First News Nebraska takes over the Governor's Residence at 1445 K Street.
1011's Chad Silber and Melanie Bloom were live at Nebraska Governor's Residence for Friday's First News Nebraska broadcast.
They had an exclusive look at the residence which was renovated in 1998.
The Governor's Residence has 31 rooms, including five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Plus four fireplaces and a three stall garage.
Melanie and Chad had exclusive interviews with Governor Dave Heineman and First Lady Sally Ganem.
