LINCOLN, Neb.-- Friends and fellow riders gathered Tuesday night to remember a Lincoln woman killed in a motorcycle accident.

"She was just a fireball of energy, always ready to ride," said friend Kyle Daley.

Friends and family spent Tuesday remembering the life of Jaclyn Kehling, a woman whose personality made an impact on fellow riders instantly, especially young motorcycle rider Lindsey Trejo who would spend time riding on the back of Jaclyn's Bike before she had one of her own.

"We really bonded over becoming female riders. Not many people are willing to do that," said Trejo.

Following Monday's car versus motorcycle crash that claimed Jaclyn's life, Trejo and others are even more aware of the dangers involved when climbing onto their bike.

"You have to look for yourself and the other drivers, just because you know you're there, doesn't mean they know you're there," said Trejo.

With two deadly crashes taking place on O Street in the past several weeks, these bikers want drivers on the road to check for motorcycles, knowing that a crash could claim another life.

"It's scary because you don't know if it's going to be you, your best friend or someone else," said Trejo.
