Update:

Grand Island Police are investigating a single-vehicle rollover that happened on Tuesday night.

Capt. Dean Elliot says it happened around 10th and Walnut about 7:30 p.m. The van was westbound when the driver hit a parked car and rolled it onto its top.

The driver ran away before police arrived. Elliot says officers contacted the van's owner, but he says he doesn't know who was driving it. The van owner did, however, know the passenger - his brother. The brother says he doesn't know the driver either.

Elliot says the investigation is ongoing. He did not know if alcohol is still considered a factor.
