During Tuesday nights debate President Barack Obama and Governor Romney were pretty aggressive on a variety of topics.

"If they would have given boxing gloves it would've been better off I think," said Grand Island Resident Susan Kramer.

During what some are calling an intense debate - each candidate fired back at the other - questioning policies and even math.

At one point the moderator, having a tough time keeping both candidates on target, was asked by President Obama if the timers were working properly.

"I think the moderators need a little more practice because the moderators seem to not jump in and give them a fair shake at responding," commented Kramer.

One point many people are responding to today - is the comment Governor Romney made about giving woman more flexible schedules and hours at work.

"I thought it was a good deal it looks like he is looking out for everybody," said Grand Island Resident Garry Edwardson.

"As a female I feel that anything he can do to improve that would help us a lot," said Kramer.

Another big difference in this debate was the style which the public also has mixed emotions about, and many people say they are looking forward to the next time the two candidates meet again.
