President of Good Samaritan hospital Michael Schnieders said 50 percent of their business comes from outside Buffalo County.

He said, "I think lot of us have seen in the last 20 years people that used to be in the hospital for maybe 5 or 6 days they're now in the hospital as an outpatient. More than 1,500 people came to celebrate Good Samaritan's 90th birthday.
