If you are driving around the city of Lincoln, don't be spooked. You may run into one of five different Halloween signs on posts throughout the city.
"So these signs are kind of a surprise and delight. People will drive around and be surprised and delighted by different things that they wouldn't expect and it builds pride in your community and it builds excitement. It's an interesting, cool thing to do that every city in the country wouldn't be doing," said Wendy Birdsall, Executive Director of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
There are a total of 50 signs displayed. Five different images are duplicated at ten different sights in Lincoln.
The signs will be auctioned off this weekend to raise money for the Lincoln Children's Museum.
