A 33-year-old Hastings plumber has died at a construction site.
Adams County Attorney Donna Fegler Diass said Jose Martin Briseno was killed Wednesday when one wall of a trench caved in on him.
Fegler Diass said when Briseno was dug out, he was found dead at the home construction site near the Hastings Regional Center.
She said he was working for a local plumbing company.
OSHA has contacted the county attorney's office, according to Fegler Diass.
Her office also ordered an autopsy, which ruled the incident accidental.
Our calls to OSHA were not returned Thursday.
