An overturned semi caused traffic to back up where Interstates 80 and 29 split in Council Bluffs, Iowa over the lunch hour on Tuesday.
The semi was said to have rolled because of high winds reported in the area. It was blocking the west bound lanes of interstate 80.
Dispatch reports indicate the driver was not severely injured.
Delays are expected while crews work to right the semi and move it out of the way.
