House Works: Making Bruschetta

In this House Works, we find out how to use tomatoes to make a fabulous bruschetta that will have your guests asking for more.

Fresh Bruschetta

Use fresh basil. Stack leaves and roll them. Cut them into 1/4 inch strips. Next, put in some Parmesan cheese. Then dice six roma tomatoes. Add 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, and paper-thin sliced garlic. Put this in the refrigerator to let the favors mingle for a half hour. Then serve it on crackers or melba toast.
