Internet Report Sparks Pelini-To-Tennessee Rumor

An unidentified source has reportedly told the website Tennessee.rivals.com that Nebraska coach Bo Pelini has reached out to the university about its head coaching position.
The rumor has spread to Twitter and chat sites around the country.
Tennessee fired Derek Dooley last month after he went 15-21 in three seasons, including an 0-15 mark against Top 25 teams. Dooley was 4-19 in Southeastern Conference competition and had lost 14 of his past 15 league games.
The Volunteers finished 5-7 (1-7 SEC) this past season.
