Lincoln Fire and Rescue crews will continue to watch a home near 20th and Euclid Streets.

Their primary concern now is to prevent the fire from starting back up.

The call came in shortly before 2 p.m. Thursday for a fully involved fire at a three story home.

LFR sprayed the home with foam treatment. Officials say the foam will help with any hot spots that could cause the fire to reignite.

It appeared that the fire began on the third story. Officials said the third story is a complete loss.

LFR said a family lives in the home, and one person was inside when the fire started. Emergency crews took the man to the hospital, but his condition isn't known at this time.

Firefighters were able to get two animals in the house out safely.

Startran had a bus is on scene for firefighters to use to get out of the elements and warm up.
