Fire investigators have ruled a fire at an apartment complex arson.
It happened just before 3 a.m. Thursday, when LFR crews were called to a fire on the second floor of the Cheever Pointe Apartments at 2341 North 44th Street.
After evacuating the building, fire fighters had the fire under control in less than ten minutes.
Officials say that most of the damage was contained to just one unit.
Investigators say the fire started in the living room and an accelerant was used.
The investigation is ongoing.
