Lincoln police say a drunk man stumbled into a Lincoln home and stole electronics while the residents were inside.
According to Lincoln police, three people were sitting in the living room of a home in the 1400 block of North 24th Street Saturday afternoon when they heard a series of loud bangs at the back door. The trio reported the man entered the home, appearing intoxicated, and grabbed games and game consoles. The three people ran into a bedroom and called 911 while the burglar ransacked the house, un-phased by the people inside.
Police officers arrived just as the burglar was leaving. They chased him down the alley and arrested the man identified as 25-year-old Andra Mitchell. He was lodged for burglary and failure to comply.
Police recovered a Playstation, Xbox and games.
