Police say for the second time in just a few days, a Lincoln home has been hit by bullets. No injuries were reported in either case.
Just before 3 a.m. Thursday police were called to the 900 Block of North 30th after at least seven rounds were fired at the duplex.
Bullets struck the house damaging a door and walls.
The house was also shot at between the hours of 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.Tuesday.
Police believe the shooters may be targeting the home because of a deadly shooting that happened on July 4th in the same area.
Police say a dispute over a hit and run accident escalated into the deadly shooting during the holiday.
Shooting suspect Robert Robinson lived at the home at the time of the shooting.
Flood says Robinson no longer lives at the residence.
In an interview with 1011 News, one man who now lives in the house asks the shooters, hoping they may be watching the TV report, "Would you please stop shooting at my house!?"
