GRAND ISLAND, Neb. The Law Enforcement Memorial Day Ceremony has been moved inside due to weather conditions. It will be held at Fire Station #1, in Grand Island. Fire Station #1 is located at 409 East Fonner Park Road.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony which will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 12.
Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning will be the featured speaker at the ceremony, during which three names will be added to the Memorial Wall. Representatives from the Nebraska State Patrol, along with law enforcement personnel from agencies from across the state will be in attendance.
