Lincoln police say they've arrested a man for his third DUI. Fifty-three year old John Martin was stopped by officers after they spotted his blue Durango going to wrong way down 12th Street.

According to police reports, Martin also failed to signal a turn and was straddling lines on the road. When officers approached the vehicle around 13 and G Streets they could smell alcohol and noticed Martin had bloodshot eyes.

Police also say there was alcohol in the Durango.

After Martin failed a sobriety test, he was arrested. Officers say his blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit at .345.

Martin is facing charges for third offense felony DUI.

Police say he also had a suspended license.
