A Lincoln man is facing charges after police say he abused a man at a special care facility.
Police arrested 19-year-old Phenix Killen Thursday night for abuse of a vulnerable adult.
According to LPD, Killen worked at an Integrated Life Choices facility near 68th and Normal Boulevard. They say a 25-year-old client with a mental disability was yelling at Killen and hit him.
When the client went to hit Killen again, police say that's when Killen grabbed the 25-year-old, threw him to the ground and punched him twice.
Police say Killen is a self-proclaimed ex-boxer. They say he tried to convince other staff members to say the client fell.
