Lincoln police are investigating reports of shots fired in a Lincoln neighborhood.

Around 12:30 a.m. Friday, police received reports of someone screaming followed by shots fired near the 900 block of Goodhue Blvd.

An officer in the area also heard the shots, estimating around six rounds were fired.

One witness told police that following the shots, they saw six people run to a house near the area.

Officers on scene soon surrounded the home.

"The cops got here and there was a 20 minute standoff with guns drawn and them trying to get them out of the house and them safe because they didn't know if they had a weapon or not," said witness, Josh Garmin.

Police searched the home and found a revolver. They're trying to determine whether it was the gun used.

Two people were arrested on unrelated charges. Police say Christopher Bunde (20) was arrested on two outstanding misdemeanor warrants and Scott Clausen, Jr (20) was arrested for resisting arrest and fail to comply.
