A Lincoln man will spend three months in jail and serve five years of probation for a child porn charge.
A judge gave 26-year-old Seth Scofield credit for one day of time served.
Just after 7:00 a.m., Thursday, May 31, investigators served a search warrant at Scofield's home located at 4840 Canterbury Lane in Lincoln.
The warrant followed an investigation in which a computer located at the same address was suspected of possessing and/or distributing child pornography.
Computers and other electronic devices were seized from the home.
Scofield was taken into custody without incident on a charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
According to the probable cause affidavit, investigators found a computer with several child pornography files on it.
The affidavit says the video files included children as young as three and eight years old.
