Victim of Home Invasion Robbery In Jail

A man shot in the chest earlier this month is now in jail on drug charges.

Officer Katie Flood said Daniel McShane turned himself in yesterday.

Police had been looking for him since November 9th.

That night, Flood said someone knocked on McShane's door, then shot him in the chest.

McShane was taken to the hospital, but left on his own accord.

During a search of his apartment, Flood said officers found 400 grams on marijuana, $1,400 cash and a shotgun with ammo.

Police are still looking for McShane's attackers.
