Lincoln police have released the name of a toddler who died after he was found unresponsive at his home.
Police said 2-year-old Axton Nolte was not breathing when his mother went to wake him up from a nap Tuesday afternoon. An autopsy is pending.
Police have not characterized the nature of the investigation.
No arrests have been reported.
