A Grand Island man acquitted on a murder charge earlier this week has been released from jail.
Arkanjelo Kot was found not guilty of killing Walid Omar Aden back in 2010, but still faces an assault charge for a June incident involving a corrections officer.
His new bond was set at 10% of $5,000 Wednesday.
Kot is scheduled to be back in court in January.
