Lincoln Police had to pull out their tasers near Schoo Middle School on Tuesday.
Police arrested 33-year-old Justin Myers as school was letting out. Myers, who was reportedly picking up his child at the school, was wanted on a warrant, and also faces domestic abuse charges.
Police said he tried to run over his ex-wife Monday, but she was able to get out of the way.
Police say they never actually had to use the taser, but only displayed it, so he would comply with their orders.
The school sent out a note to parents informing them of the arrest, and that some kids may have seen it happen. The school says the kids were safe during the incident.
