Lincoln police arrested an Omaha man for driving under suspension for the 22nd time.
An officer tried to pull over 29 year old Geno Montgomery after he made a wide turn near 17th and Q. Police say Montgomery didn't pull over right away, but he did eventually.
Montgomery did not have a license with him and tried to give the officer a fake name. Eventually the officer discovered who he really was and found out he had been convicted of driving under suspection 21 times.
Montgomery was arrested for Driving During Suspension (22nd offense) and received an additional citation for Fail to Yield, Improper Turn and No Seatbelt.
