Man Arrested for Vandalizing in Lincoln Neighborhood

For some Lincoln Residents the night after Christmas was anything but silent.

"We hear something pop and whistle and thought it was the movie or the heater turned on," said Vandalizing Victim Kevin Clark.

The sound however was that of 25 year old Luis Corral slashing Kevin Clarks front passenger side tire. Corral went car to car puncturing tires between the 19th and 24th blocks of Holdrege Streets before police caught and arrested him just a block from Clarks home, but the damage done by his spree of vandalism was already done.

"We were supposed to see family but now we can't even go because of this situation right here," said Clark.

A senseless crime to many victims in the neighborhood that can't help but feel frustrated.

"Heated, I'm really mad because that's money spent on something else that we don't have right now, especially at the holidays," said Clark.
