LINCOLN, Neb. -- Lincoln police are looking for a man who burglarized a convenience store and got away with an ATM machine early Sunday morning.
Police said between 12:30 a.m. and 4:41 a.m. Sunday morning, a man broke into the C Station convenience store on 1120 South Coddington in Lincoln.
Assistant Manager of C-Station said there was a power outage due to storms Saturday night. "All the lights were dead," said Ramon Reyes. "Cameras were dark, and there's no way to tell what was there."
When police arrived on scene, they discovered a few broken glass windows and a missing Union Bank ATM machine.
The store's general manager said he will add more security.
Police said there was $2,000 in damage to the windows.
An audit will be conducted to determine the amount of cash was in the ATM at the time.
