EAGLE, Neb. -- Lancaster County deputies cited an Eagle, Nebraska man for driving under the influence of heroin after they found him passed out in his car on the side of a road.
Deputies found 23-year-old Tanner Smith passed out in the driver's seat of his car near 120th and A Streets just before 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Smith was cited for DUI of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
