Man Facing Charges After Police Find Him Inside Closed Business

Lincoln police say just before 1 a.m. officers were called to Soap Modern Coin Laundry at 116 South 16th.

The camera monitoring system showed a man inside the business after the cleaning crew had left for the night.

Officers arrived to find Rodney Spangler inside the business. Police believe the cleaning crew may have forgotten to lock the doors.

Spangler was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He's being held on a warrant out of Cass County.
