Man Fights Officers After Being Arrested on Drug Suspicion

Police were forced to take down a suspect when he became combative.
Officers stopped an SUV at 29th and Fair streets just before 4:00 Sunday morning.
After putting the driver in handcuffs, the suspect began fighting with officers who were forced to take him to the ground.
A sergeant at the scene says the arrest is drug related but police don't have any further details at this time.
