Lincoln Firefighters rescued a man after he rolled his work vehicle and landed in Salt Creek late Wednesday morning.

Assistant Fire Chief Pat Borer said the man was working near Haymarket Park and just going on his lunch break when he veered off the road and went over the retaining wall.

The man was driving a Nebraska Nursery truck.

Borer said the man was taken to a hospital by ambulance but is expected to be okay.
