A one car rollover accident east of Waverly sends one person to the hospital.
About 11:45 Saturday evening, Nebraska State Patrol and Waverly Fire Crews responded to Interstate 80 near mile marker 415 or about 1/2 mile west of the Waverly scales, in the eastbound lanes.
Troopers at the scene said their preliminary investigation leads them to believe the driver somehow lost control striking the jersey barrier and then crossing both lanes and rolling as it entered the south ditch.
One person suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bryan West. The car is believed to be a total loss.
The Nebraska State Patrol in continuing their investigation into the cause of the accident.
