Three people suffered minor injuries after hitting a semi near Emerald.
Just after 9:00 p.m. Friday, emergency crews were called to a pickup versus semi accident at Northwest 84th and Highway 6.
According to Nebraska State Troopers, the crash happened when a southbound semi had pulled out in front of a westbound pickup.
Southwest Rural Fire Department said there were two adults and a child in the pickup at the time of the crash. All three were transported to the hospital with minor injuries for the adults and the child was transported to be evaluated. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office assisted with traffic control for just over an hour until the pickup was removed.
Troopers said there were no citations issued.
