The best part of the workout is you don't have to be in a gym.
You can do it outside or in the living room.
All you need is a timer.
Here's how it breaks down:
A set is 4 minutes.
Do 20 seconds of high intensity. Break for 10 seconds.
Repeat for 8 rounds.
Break for a minute.
Repeat the set 3 more times for a total of 20 minutes.
"It would be nice if you could incorporate a little bit of your whole body, upper body, lower body and some core exercises," said Madonna Proactive fitness trainer Gretchen Perez.
Perez suggests a combination of pushups, bicep type movements, core exercises and then lower body movements such as squats or lunges.
