It's a new part of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Challenge this year, At-Home-Challengers.
Four women were chosen to improve their heart health with the help of physicians from the Nebraska Heart Hospital and trainers from Madonna Proactive.
Four other women are following the same guidelines in the comfort of their own home but without all the professional support.
