Letter from Meteorologist Tony DeGrand
I attended one of the twelve nationwide Galas the celebrate this year's hard work.
I met some great people who raised a lot of money but I met one person who didn't need any motivation.
Brad Toussaint lost his father to prostate cancer a year and a half ago.
This year, he and his friends raised over a thousand dollars that will go towards prostate cancer research.
My motivation was to raise awareness through interviews and stories of Nebraskans taking part in Movember.
It was hard to miss Brad Anderson's and my mustache this month. We would like to thank you for putting up with them on television. But, of course, all good things must come to end.
According to the Movember Organization, Mo Bros and Sistas raised more than 115 million dollars worldwide and 18 million here in the United States.
