Lincoln Police responded to a four-car crash and called for more paramedics, Thursday. The crash happened at the corner of 56th and Nebraska Highway 2, a heavily traveled area.
Officers shut down traffic to the turning lanes while crews investigated the crash.
Police called for a second ambulance after noticing an airbag deployed in one of the cars.
Police say three people were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say one driver was ticketed for failure to yield.
