Mustache Competition Raises Funds for Cancer Research

Dozens of men have been growing out their facial hair for months, preparing for one big competition. The reason they're grooming their 'staches is to raise some dough for charity and possibly take home a title.

This is the third year in a row men with a multitude of different mustaches are competing for the best 'stache.

Jason Hutchison emceed the event.

"It has grown tremendously. The first year we did it in Lincoln we had 20-22 mustaches, last year we had 36 mustaches. We are expecting up to 50 this year," said Hutchison.

The competition was held Sunday, and funds raised are going toward testicular cancer research at UNMC.
