Nebraska State Patrol says Eastbound Interstate 80 has reopened after a six car pile-up closed down the road for nearly 45 minutes at mile marker 392.

An officer on scene says the six car pile-up was caused by reckless driving and following too closely.

The Interstate was shut down to clean up the accident leaving traffic backed up for miles.

Traffic was diverted to Highway 6 at the Pleasantdale exit (388).

The officer says only 1 woman was transported to a hospital, her injuries are unknown.
