New Businesses Open near Arena Site

According to the organization Go Lincoln Go, Lincoln's downtown and Haymarket area have 1.8 billion dollars of planned investments since 2010.
One factor could be the Pinnacle Bank Arena.
35 new businesses have moved into the area, one of those is Oliverde.
It has a prime spot near the arena which is one reason Oliverde chose the location.
"We are right there at their doorsteps. A great place for us to be. We hope people have fun with us on their way to the arena and other places in the Haymarket," said Oliverde General Manager, Rob Baker.
