A North Platte man is facing an attempted murder charge after an incident Monday morning.
Miguel Fernandez is being held in the Lincoln County Detention Center on 10% of a $500,000 bond.
Police said Fernandez fired a gun at a woman in her home after they argued. She was not injured.
Fernandez is charged with attempted second degree murder, using a firearm to commit a felony, terroristic threats and discharging a firearm near a building.
