North Platte Man Who Played Santa Sent to Prison for Porn

A North Platte man who played Santa Claus during the holidays has been sentenced to five years in prison on federal child pornography charges.
The U.S. attorney's office in Omaha says 58-year-old Daniel Davis was sentenced on Tuesday for receiving child pornography.
Investigators searched Davis' home in October 2010.
They found videos of child pornography on his computer.
Officials say a Santa suit from a retail store where Davis worked was in a closet.
