An Omaha man accused of paying a Nebraska mother to let him have sex with her 14-year-old daughter faces up to fifty years in prison.
29-year-old Alex Rahe pleaded no contest in Buffalo County District Court to First Degree Sexual Assault.
The Nebraska State Patrol says the 35-year-old mother allowed at least seven men to have sex with her teenage daughter at least 20 times.
Prosecutors say Rahe met the girls mother, and the 14-year-old at a Kearney home where Rahe sexually assaulted the girl.
Rahe was taken into custody on May 2, and lodged in the Buffalo County Jail on a charge of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
The mother is also accused of pimping out her 7-year-old daughter. Investigators say at least three men had sex with the 7-year-old.
41-year-old Shad Chandler of Lincoln was also found guilty in court on January 22. He faces a sentence of 15-year mandatory minimum to a maximum of life in prison. His sentencing is schedule for April 2.
Prosecutors say 22-year-old Logan Roepke, of McCook, had sex with the teen twice last year.
Roepke is the fourth person arrested in the case. Attorney Aaron Bishop says Roepke plans to plead not guilty.
Authorities arrested 37-year-old Donald Grafe, of Columbus, on Saturday, May 5. Investigators say Grafe had sex with a 14-year old girl at a truck stop in Lincoln, sometime between March 24 and April 11.
The mother is jailed on charges of child pornography and conspiracy to commit sexual assault of a child.
1011 is not using her name to protect her daughters.
