An Omaha woman is in custody after fighting inside a Lincoln bathroom.
Just after midnight Monday morning, Lincoln Police were called to the Heidleberg's Sports Bar near 33rd and Superior Streets for a reported fight.
According to Sergeant Randy Clark, the fight happened inside the women's bathroom at the bar. It ended when one woman struck the other in the head with a bar glass, breaking the glass and cutting both women.
Clark said the suspect cut her hand and the victim had a cut on her head.
Lincoln Fire & Rescue treated the suspect at the scene before she was arrested. There was no word on any treatment for the victim.
Police don't know what started the fight between the women.
Clark said there were about 15 or 20 people inside the bar and no one seemed to even know there was a fight until a large number of officers arrived.
The suspect, who's name has not yet been released, is from Omaha. She was lodged in jail for second degree assault.
