A Kearney man is in serious condition after sideswiping a semi truck near Shelton.
Officials with the Nebraska State Patrol said they got the first call at 7:35 p.m. Saturday for a crash about 1 mile east of Shelton on Hwy. 30.
According to reports, a Ford Explorer was heading westbound when it crossed the center line sideswiping a semi trailer.
Officials said the driver of the Explorer, 40-year-old Luis Rodolfo Flores Perez if Kearney was transported to Good Samaritian Hospital in Kearney for his injuries and was last listed in serious condition.
Perez was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
