A plane landed safely at North Platte Regional Airport after making an emergency call Sunday afternoon.
Great Lake Airlines representative Monica Taylor Lee told 10/11 News an indication light in the plane that lights when landing gear is not fully extended came on during flight prompting the pilots to make an emergency call.
She said this is routine procedure in instances when an indication light comes on.
Taylor Lee told 10/11 the pilots in the plane knew the landing gear was down and locked before safely landing at the North Platte Regional Airport.
The plane landed without incident. No one was injured.
Great Lakes Airlines is still investigating.
