LINCOLN, Neb. --
Lincoln Police are hoping the public can provide information about a hit and run crash.
Just after 4:00 a.m. Saturday, police were called to the 2400 block of C Street for a reported hit and run crash.
Lincoln Police arrived to find the victim's car turned sideways in the roadway.
The owner of the car said his wife heard a noise and thought their child had fallen out of bed. Then they heard a car leave the area. When they checked outside, they found their car had been hit.
Police believe the suspect was traveling west on C Street when it hit the victim's parked car. Damage to the suspect's car will likely be to the front end and particularly the left front corner.
