Police Investigate Convenience Store Robbery

Police are investigating an early morning robbery at Kwik Shop.
Just after midnight, Lincoln Police were called to the Kwik Shop at 56th and South Streets.
According to Captain Michon Morrow, the suspect entered the store with a black pistol and demanded cash.
Morrow said the suspect grabbed the cash and took off on foot, heading north from the store.
The suspect is described as a dark skinned man, possibly Hispanic wearing dark shirt, pants and gloves and a red bandana over the lower portion of his face.
Anyone with information on this robbery is asked to call Lincoln CrimeStoppers at 402-475-3600.
